Level 9: adds 4-5... 5PGems? Some of you LLD, tell me if this is a good jewel for level 9? I'm just baffled.

I would say that's about right Raith. It's probably just below a 9 maxer in dueler/pk value.

It's only useful for a lvl 9, increases your consistency but not ability to carve ears off.
