Pretty Godly Circlet! Value?

I found this in a mf run last night and thought it was pretty nice! If it was only +3 to skills!!! (Darn!) Anyhow, I added a rare jewel with +7% fhr, +9 res, ar, and another mod on it........Any thoughts on its value? This item is on non-ladder east.......

Nice but in NL east it's far from "realm-godly", it's missing life | str or dex since the res is so low (or 2 sox)... and most importantly, +2 necro.

Big style points, but unfortunately not even close to godly. Lots of mods, but not the right ones stacked together. The only two good mods on your Circlet are the FCR and FRW. The rest is very `meh.' By the way, you can't get more than +2 skills on a rare (only the blue ones can get the +3 to a branch). Circlet's res's are very low, no damage reduction, no life, no mana. The skills on this helm are very bad combined with what the rest of the circlet has (melee stuff like very low ED%, life leech).

I'm afraid you probably won't be able to trade it for squat, especially off the ladder, where a Shako is a dime a dozen, and far more godly circlets can be gambled in a few hours time.

But again, looks wicked cool with all the mods, so style points. That's about it though.

Its ok, but could be alot better. The skills and fcr are nice, but you really want some of the following as well: big plus life, big plus mana, nice all res (9 is kinda low), big plus to str, big plus to dex, and 2 sockets.
