i have just been on arreat summit looking at what u can make this in and it says swords axes and hammers, does this mean that i can make it in a thunder maul? if so do ctc effects still work while in bear form. if this works its going to be unstopable a faded bear with might and liftap

A thundermaul is indeed one of the possibilities. I think all of the mods work on it while in WB form. Except non-bear/wolf cast skills, I guess.

thankd for the info, im not sure about hammers (why can't they just say maces) and last wish is a bit too expencive to risk messing up

Maces include Maces, Flails etc. Those are a different kind of item, though they are classified as the same. Fyi, Heart of the Oak can be made in flails, but not in hammers. There's a significant difference here, it's mentioned at the bottom of the page at Arreat Summit. Don't waste runes on not reading the rules!!

just so you know your atack will be extremely slow, at 31 fpa it will take more than a second each swing

Well, I assume attackspeed was never of the essence since he chose WB and not WW.
