LLD bone nec

I've decided to join the LLD scene and I have a few questions

gear in mind:

2pnb/20 circlet
2 pnb/10 fcr ammy
35 fcr CS spirit
rhyme head with +spear/+decrep
sanders boots
10 fcr fhr crafted belt
magefists
soj and fcr ring

1) what should charm setup look like? im think mana/frw and mana/life scs - any better suggestions?
2)how much dex do i need for max block with rhyme at level 30 (roughly)
3)should i max spear and a single synergy or alternate prison and wall (or teeth?)
what can i expect for spear/spirit damage output
4)what should i put in sockets? pskulls?
5)what is the best place to find necro heads

1)Hit your FHR breakpoint, then yes r/w + mana and fill in with life + mana.
2)Depends on the base shield, don't sweat stats. This isn't HLD, you get your life from charms not stat points.
3)Max spear to your level. One point in Teeth/Prison. Max Wall with remaining points. Clay Golem if you want to be a wuss, but you won't need it and he won't live long anyway vs. any opponent.
4)P Skulls are ideal for your circlet/armor.
