Bone vs Poison Necro for PvP

I want to make a necro for PvP. I'm really stuck in the middle between Bone and Poison necro. I'd prefer to make Max Block, but I don't think I can afford a whole bunch of Skillers with godly life mods.

1. If I go Max Block with either, will I NEED a whole bunch of charms with huge(30+) life bonuses?

2. FCR, Is 125 necessary or would I be better off with 75?

3. Which will cost more to be viable in duels? It might not influence my decision much, but I think I should get an idea

4. Which is more versatile or survivable?

5. Will I get totally screwed over in duels if I use Bramble as opposed to Enigma on a Poison Necro?

yes, otherwise your life will suck

125 is madatory for both builds. Nec is too fragile to allow others to catch you fast.

Decent gear for both costs the same I guess. It's actually almost the same equipment.

Bone. Psn can and will be stacked and antidoted in pubs.

Forget about Bramble. Necro is no tank. Without tele you're as good as dead.
