Merc Aura Stack Question

Considering putting a Doom eth CA with my Act 2 Freeze merc. Am I correct in assuming that the Holy Freeze aura from Doom RW will stack with his existing aura?

If so, with -40% to -60% cold res, and stacked auras, what type of damage could I expect to see?

Lastly, will the -40% to -60% cold res break most cold immunes?

No, meh, and no.

Mixed item/character auras do not stack. You can add auras from multiple items on the same character, but that's the only way to stack.

The cold damage on doom or any holyfreeze unsyngerized isn't much to talk about.

-res never breaks immunities. Only conviction and the lower res curse can do that. Oh, and many cold immunities are too high to be broken.
