Life Tap Wand?

I want to try a Life Tap wand, which I read can be purchased from a merchant. The only ones I seem to find say something like: +1 to Life Tap (Necromancer Only). I couldn't figure out how to use that one. Do I just need to keep looking for one that doesn't say Necro Only? Or am I looking for the wrong thing in the wrong place?

What you are looking for is a wand that has charges of lifetap. This allows any char to use it. When i looked for mine i used akara.
