Faithful Healer Build
This is my first build I created myself just so you know.
My paladin build is a hybrid of the medic and smiter. I believe this build would help a party in a best ways. Smite for a low cost attack and Holy Bolt for healing and killing those undead. Holy Shield to increase blocking rate which when gear is considered you have a 75% block rate not to meantion pack a stronger smite.
Now for Auras I know that a lot of people go with concentration and fanaticism. I don't believe it is needed for a my paladin. I picked 4 main Auras for the paladin that will help out any party combination/situation. Thorns for your melee parties. Conviction for immune monsters and sanctuary for undead. Meditation is going to be your main aura. If you reach the levels of Prayer and Meditation plus the gear I have listed your party will take less then 15 seconds to fill your mana and every two seconds gain 53 HP so for your party basically has infinite mana.

Now for a merc I would suggest that you use a rogue becuase they dont die as fast I find plus they can use the runewords: Faith, Duress, Delerium. This give you a Fanaticism aura as well as a tough merc to fight with.
As for gear I chose the Griswold set because of the sockets which i think make this set the best game set. I recomend a Zod rune in each peice to reduce you cost to repair, 2 Um runes in the shield, 1 Cham rune in the helm, 2 Ber runes in the armor to reduce your damage you take, and 2 Um Runes in the Weapon to cause your smite to cast open wounds. You can add any rune you want though. For Gloves Dracul's Grasp is a sure choice with the life tap chance and the crushing blow is nice to. For a belt Archnid's Mesh is my choice for the +1 to skills. Boots I recommend Gore Riders duh!. For Rings I chose SOJ and Nature Peace and For an Amulet I chose Searph's Hymm

So Thats my Build It's pretty cookie cut style but I hope you guys apreciate the build I am currently trying it out in US East Server I will comfirm if the build can handle his own or not but please any advise or comments you want to give I would appreciate. Also If this build is already on the forum I didn't see it.
PS: This build prabably should stick to party games to get full effect. Thanks to every1 who helped me choose gear you know who u are.
