Is it possible for a non-ladder character to create Spirit with a four socketed shield?

The spirit runeword is ladder only i`m affraid. So you wont be able to make one on non ladder :(

There should be quite a few on nl that were made on ladder though, especially since the last season went on for soooooo long. I have a couple or spirit mules on east nl for example.
