Need some info

I'm going to try and make a rushing sorc for classic west lad. Can someone tell me what build would work? Also what's the best way to lvl on classic? Since there's no baal runs, and i don't know anyone who can rush me. I'll have to do it the old fashion way.

Browse the first two pages of this subforum and you will find quite a few threads on rushing sorcs.

As for leveling, there is a link in the faq sticky which tells you the area levels. Try to stay in area's which are within 5 levels of your character's, preferably in busy games, to maximize your XP. Also make sure you can kill easily, you will get faster XP from crowds(good old Flayer Jungle) then when you take a long time to kill one higher XP monster.

There's also the search function which can help you to find more information on leveling and the differences between classic and lod.
