i always thought that wep block hit 60% at level 23

what level does it really hit 60%, someone said it was higher

Is there much of a difference to be had / seen between 55% and 60% ?

Depending on which guide I read I get differing information. Particularly I'm trying for a WW Ghost assassin (ie 20 SM, 20 Venom, 20 CM, points in MB/BF/BS/DS and Weapon block etc). I've not touched the martial arts tree, and will only be one pointing all but one of the traps tree to start with.

She'll be used for PvM and probably Pit / AT running (though with limited MF gear).

There's a 5% difference between 55 and 60. Who would have thought? Do you want to block 55% of the time or 60%?

A better link would be the german calculator, as that one is allowed and you can save setups.

lol Redemption, fair point since I raised my question without direction :P

I guess I was thinking more - has anyone had enough experience with the blocking set to 55% run after run, then switching to 60% and finding a remarkable difference, or slight if none at all.

Of course there's the obvious - 5% difference, but sometimes that extra 5% can make a big difference depending on your situation.

Apart from the main three skills taking 60 points, the prereq's, I'm hoping to pump Fade up to 10.

One guide has suggested the use of 6pts in Blade Sentinel and 10pts in Blade Shield. Though I'm wondering if I can't keep 1 point, and have the other 9 given by gear / charms. Leaving me the spare points to pump into Fade, and as you quite rightly query, probably weapon block.

I did wonder if it's worth putting a 1pt wonder into Dragon Talon ? As I will be using as much CB / OW type gear as I can, with added Deadly Strike, will this help at all, or pointless if I manage to acquire some exceptional claws?
