Hey just wondering when you transform to wolf shape does it depend on howmuch ss gear u r wearing at the time when you change or is it dependant on how much you are wearing the entire time. As in if i use a spirit sword, +ss ammy and a +skills armour then change into wolf, then change gear back to non +skills will my life and Ar still be as high when i shifted or do I have to wear that gear the entire time.

They will. However, do note that unless you're facing something like a defense smiter or conc barb you've got more then enough AR to hit everything reliably.
