Help With Fire Druid!

Hey guys, i want to build a pure fire druid (no summons except maybe a spirit).
What skills should i chose to max? Stats??

Oh, and another question, why dont we see people maxing armageddon and its sinergies?

I would max; Oak, Firestorm, Molten Boulder, Fissure, Volcano and then 1pt. in Armageddon.

The reason why you don't see many people maxing armageddon is properly that it is very hard to hit anything with. Its radius is smaller then Hurricane and the "fire-rain" will hit seemingly random within the radius (alot of practice makes it a bit easier.)

Fissure and Volcano however are among the top PvM skills and will make you cut your way through nightmare. In hell fire-immunes can be a problem, but a maxed (phys dmg.) volcano and a good merc should be able to take care of most fire-immunes.

I've never build this for PvP, so I wouldn't know if it works there.

How ritch are you? Ladder/nonladder?

You can build a killer fire druid, but they're expensive as hell!

two methods that work:
1) max all fire skills, except put ~13+ in firestorm, 1 point oak, 1 spirit wolf
2) max all fire skills, except ~8+ firestorm & ~8+ cyclone, 1 oak, 1 spirit wolf

Both methods call for some extreme +skills and gear choices. You'd want all 9ele GC's, anni, torch, as well as a cta. Primary weapon choice would be HOTO/spirit or Stormshield depending on max block or life setup, or depending on opponent. Optional but very necessary at times, Inisght on switch.
Second method I mentioned cyclone armor... this build I took from a very skilled Fire Druid dueler on East NL I used to know. Cyclone increases the duration of hurricane, so he'd charge-up both Hurricane (for cold/stun) as well as Armaegedon before entering combat... which I thought, pretty cool, utilizing both skills like that. :)

As you say you want a pure fire druid, so max all fire skills create a good merc and you will have 8 point left for a bear as extra tank.

Good luck, I have a level 79 pure fire druid and it is difficult to play in hell especially all the fire immunes.
