Is it a simple cut edit to add your name and number of gems bid and paste deal? I am computer program illiterate I guess. Just trying to learn How you guys and gals do it.
I just hit the quote button on the last bid, and remove the quote tags. Then insert my bid and name into the list. Make sure you preview to see if it looks right.

alternatively, you can:
Note, this looks like a lot of steps, but once you do it a couple of times you'll have it down pat
1. highlight the text of the table with your mouse,
2. copy it into your clipboard (Ctrl-c),
3. open a program like Notepad (i.e. a text editor that uses a fixed-width font)
4. paste the text from the clipboard (Ctrl-v)
5. edit your changes - you should be able to easily see the necessary spacing so that it doesn't get loused up (although don't worry if it does - you wouldn't be the first  You don't have to be perfect every time either, but your meaning should at least be clear).
6. Once your changes are done, copy the table again (steps #1&2), but this time from Notepad.
7. Paste the text into the 'thread reply' textbox.
8. put a "code" tag at the start (before the table) and a "/code" tag at the end. To make tags, simply put sqaure brackets around the word "code" or "/code" (and don't forget to remove the quotation marks)
9. post your reply to the auction thread

Guess I found a good thread to start! If I knew how to sticky this I would take sirpoopsalot's post and apply credit to him and sticky it!
