i've been playing with my new wolf and have had some relative sucess in pubs but i'm just wondering where you would use your skills?

i tend to find rabies is more useful vs high defence/high life chars and fury is only of use vs low life/no block characters like a sorc or bowazon but only these 2. just looking for some advice really.

i have my main troubles with paladins of all sorts/windies/and trappers is this because is suck (i do anyway) or are naturally a hard fight for a ww anyway? i find it hard to infect the druid and get away w/o dying. tyrappers i can't get near and pallies well...

also wondering whether to max oak or werewolf? my oak gets to lvl 12 w/o any points spent in it
and ww to about 22 but the oak seems to die so fast that i wonder if it's worth sinking more points into it.

werewolf isnt really worth it imo, best to place it in lycantrophy, and then oak with whats left.

vs windy you should try to get oak or another summon infected, if they arent cautious enough to unsommon them, and when the windy gets infected, hell prolly get rather agressive and try to telebomb you. thats when u need to shift fury :) dont stay too close for too long, just run away a bit and shift fury again should he come after you

vs hammerdins: you should go 2 handed vs them, when they are foolish enough to tele on top of you, walk a few steps south, and hit em with rabies or just shift fury. 2-3 seems to take most of em out in my experience.
when they desync, i cant rly help ya, have troubles with that myself :)

with fohers, summon wolves on top of you while chasing him, makes him miss a lot of shots on you. try to bite with rabies and walk away. if you get low on life, select wereform shift on left click, while chasing him with fury on right, and quickly reshift when you turn into human form.

cant help you much vs other classes, as i experience troubles vs them aswell :)
happy hunting!

Mmm, here's from my experience:

Windies - Rabies the Sage, run away, shift Fury.

Ham ham - 2 Hander, then depending on def:
High Def - Rabies then run a few steps, shift Furying when you're not moving.
Low[ish] Def - Shift Fury, win.
Desynch - NEVER stop summoning Wolves. AI can see through desynch and they'll attack when the Pally is near. Also, he might charge a wolf instead of you, giving you the edge.

FoH - Never have less then five Wolves out, win.

Trappers - Load up on FRW and LR and hit the 86 FHR bp. Summon a Wolf opposite side of where you're going to run in. Charge in and attempt one Rabies bite. If you don't hit Shift Fury once. If they're still alive get out of there and regroup.
