K im making hardcore zon i got wws my question do i need to shael the bow to get highest attack frames when wearing this gear

You're using Strafe, right? If so, aim for the 86 IAS breakpoint with WWS.

Treachery = 45
Highlords = 20
Stealskull = 10
Gloves = 20

95 IAS right there in the gear you listed. If you plan to stick with said gear, then you don't need to dual Shael the bow.

im using multi shot + strafe so i think i might want to 15 ias the bow with a mod in case i change steels skull to vamp gaze or kiras but i did just get ravens frost im not sure tho i will update later starting zon eith tonite or wednesday
