newbie druid questions

ok so ive never made a druid before... and a buddy of mine just started playing again and i gave him some low lvl gear to help him get started..
im looking for advice on what type of druid he should be...
i see those like hurricane or wind druids a lot and they seem to be fun and powerful but i have no idea how to build one
im guessing maxing like twister, tornado and teh other main skill but what else?
i also need advice on stat points and gear choices...
i tried looking for a guide but it looked like a PvP guide
anyone got a link to a good druid hurricane/wind guide?

The generic Wind build is basically

20 Tornado
20 Hurricane
20 Cyclone Armour
20 Oak Sage
20 Twister
1 Arctic Blast

Then you have 9 points left over in the end.
