Need Help Building the Strongest Uber Killer

Hi, Everyone,
My girlfriend is planning to make a Barbarian to run Uber Tristram with my Paladin, but we have never built a Barbarian for Uber Tristram before. Any suggestions? Are there any good guides? I looked through the stickied thread with guides briefly but could not find anything of interest.

do you want the barb to:
1)pure support role (shout bo, bc, howl , leap)
2)help kill ubers
3)general pvm with mixes of 1) and 2)

if its 3) id suggest making a generic ww barb. 20 ww , 20 bo, 20 x weapon mastery, 1 pt passives and preqs. you really just need crushingblow fortitude and a strong weapon (grief botz) are good choices. i have no idea what items you acess acess to as this will mostly determine what build and path you will take.

though let me tell you a solo paladin with no runewords and items made from fodder pgems and a lifetap wand can do ubers with relative ease. the guides the suggest grief phasy/last wish exile etc are overkill.

Thanks for reply, lendial (darn, you're just everywhere, aren't you?). My girlfriend's a braver fighter (in games, if not in real life) than I am, and I can't see her just plain supporting my Paladin =P She'll want to have a lot of hands-on combat as well. Uber will be the main point of the Barbarian, but a bit of general PvM wouldn't hurt.

Yes, there are a couple of Trist builds, mostly Frenzy and some WW, as far as I know, both should be good.

Err should I have been more clear and stated that I would like guides in English, only? Thanks anyway.

Although WW is probably 1 of the best skills overall for PvM (Best PvP skill), it's not really a good choice in Tristram, due to mana issues. You have pretty much no life or mana leech, which greatly supports a ww build.

Concentrate (safety build-slower kill) or Frenzy (less safe - faster kill) is what you should be looking at.

Both of these skills have 2 main advantages: Low mana cost.
High life leach-due to Life Tap casting on hit with Dracul's Grasp
(Last Wish also comes to mind).

For conc, I suggest Gulliames Face, (dracul's of course), CoH (CoH has excellent damage and Res for stacking against Mephisto's Aura), Gore riders
Stormshield, T-god's, Highlords + ravenfrosts.

Some people like Angelics for ar, not my preference.

Ebotdz is fine, hits 10 frame Breakpoint speed with Highlord's, but you could change things around to taste with ias jewels, Griefz or even GriefPB.

Frenzy is supposed to be awesome, but I don't use that- this Guide may help

Since 1.10 I've found whirlwind somewhat insufficient for high-end PvM. I think frenzy would work better, whereas a concentrate barb would be virtually immortal against most mobs (while doing the least damage of the three).

The Barbarian will be fighting in Uber Tristram alongside my Paladin, who has level 13 Defiance, level 25 Conviction, level 15 Holy Shock, and level 17 Might, if that additional information helps.

Is there really no good guide for a Barbarian who can run Uber Tristram and the three red portals before it? I can't seem to find a complete guide anywhere.

Yo Vic, Spankeh has a good guide and if you are taking a barb into uber trist you should follow it. It is however expensive.
