Alright, I found a Windhammer and thought it was pretty awesome, considering the CtC Twister could be synergized by putting points into Tornado (~500-600 dmg). I looked around for a Fury build dedicated to the Windhammer and saw some people talking about, it but nothing really concrete showed up.

Someone mentioned synergizing the Stormlash's Tornado instead to do ~1k damage, (putting points in twister/cyclone armor) but I heard that the tornado goes awry instead of into the relevant opponent.

As it stands, I have a Windhammer, but no Stormlash. I don't plan to get a Stormlash soon, but I hope to get one eventually. Thinking about the endgame...

Is Shael'd (Up'd?) Windhammer good enough for endgame (ubers), so much so that I should synergize the twister?

Or should I forget about synergizing, period?

Or, should I forget about synergizing, forget about the Windhammer, and make a Ribcracker druid who doesn't have Ribcracker but uses Windhammer until he gets a Ribcracker?

I have no intention of PvP'ing with this Fury Wolf; mostly ubering, I guess.

Thanks. :D

Definately a great end-game weapon, but I wouldn't worry about synergising the damage of Twister. On a Windy, Twister if oft neglected due to low damage, even when fully synergised and with plenty of +skills and FCR. In short, don't bother with the damage of it.

However, I'd enjoy the CTC Twister for it's (very) short stun effect. Combine with a Carrion Wind if you've got it, and you'll have Twisters going off every couple of hits. It should help a little with stunning monsters in place and even perhaps preventing some of the damage you take (a stunned monster can't attack, remember).

the ctc twister is a joke. it stuns for .4 seconds and at 33% ctc you wont be stunning anyone.
