Iso: Help East Hardcore Ladder.

I don't know if this is the right place to ask, but I was just wondering if anyone here who plays East Hardcore Classic Ladder could help me get my foot in the door (i.e. Rush, Crappy Gear, Chants... etc.)

Any help would be appreciated.
