Question re: Fury build

I'm new to this Druid stuff, and was pondering while reading the Fury/Rabies Hybrid build in the build thread, and wondering, o.k. 20 points on poison creeper...I like, but maybe making a pure fury in an attempt to utilise:

Heart of Wolverine
Spirit of Barbs
Carrion Vine
Solar Creeper
(as they are not inc. in the build - and seem good skills)

I suppose I'm confused as to why there not used. Could somebody please explain, or alternatively someone help me with skill allocation in regards a fury build utilising the above (if it would be a positive build ofcourse).

P.S PvM or PvP....I'm interested either way, I spend most of my time PvM though. Much appreciated.

the reason why they arent used is 3 of those skills suck. carrion vine and creeper only work in PvM and even then they're still one point wonders.

SoB doesnt work in PvP unless you're a summoner, but HoW forsure has its momments in PvP.
