ISO: Schaefer's Hammer - Perfect. RWM V1.11

Ok. I'm calling all Kudo's, cashing in all favors and I.O.U's on this one.

My premier character, my favorite, maxamillian the level 95 Schaeferdin is about to go into his final equipment upgrade, which is a suit of fortitude armor.
To maintain 8/4 fps zeal, his current hammer has to be either Hel'ed or relegated to the hall of fame. Given to me many years ago by Hakai No Tenshi back in V1.09d and socketed with a self found Ohm rune, it is a weapon that I will never part with. And Hel'ing it is pretty much out of the question. Too much sentimental attactment.
For now however, I have lined up a 39% ED, 15% IAS jewel and it seems highly appropriate that such a jewel should be put into a perfect ED weapon.

So I seek a 130% ED schaefers hammer. As this is a requirement of the highest priority, I have opened up the deepest reaches of my vast horde of toys. Nothing is untradable here except for items that are already on my two prized pallies, the other being my griswald avenger.

If you have a 130% ed schaefers and it is your only one, Part of your Holy Grail collection, well I do have a 127% ed as an upgrade trade, padded well with other toys as adequate compensation. You want two? NP, just the second one will be 121%. Interesting frenzy barb build that would be.

To be blunt, If you have one, name your price.

Yeah thanks Eric. there was quite of few of them found during the MFO contest so I am hoping somebody popped one, 1/30 chance of it being perfect after all. Might dig up that old thread and see what people posted.

An update on the quest for the perfect schaefers as it now seems that it will be partnered with the perfect ruby jewel of fervor as you can see by jaedhanns post.

Jaedhann. :shocked: Hell, look at that toy. You know, I have a dozen or so spare mules that I didn't rush thru in v1.10s yet. it took 66-68 approx to produce the runes required. I was off a spectacular start with the first 3 mules producing two Guls.

With those kind of stats, Damn, I'd like one of those for myself. Maybe I should keep going!

And I believe that the Asteron's puts me to about 3-4 more toys for the grail. Tyrael's, mang song, D web and maybe one facet type. Been a good month for me!

@Lompo, it's made in 1.10s, The beta version of 1.10. The warcry skills can roll 8-16 i believe. Needless to say i'm ver pleased with the +15 on BO.

Still seeking an perfect Schaefers. Unfortunately paladine is having problems with his computer and can't even check his stashes atm. I think Tasslehoff has been let loose inside his computer and several very long names gnomes are currently trying to repair it. Currently, three gnomes have declared the repair of paladine's computer as their life quests. The gnome council of incredible devices and strange artifacts is trying to ascertain how many gnomes are needed to begin research into the design of the tools required to open the case.

Oh and I'm just waffling on to try and hide the fact that i'm really, actually just bumping.

Haha well very creative bumping! I did enjoy your short blurp about the gnomes. It seems that tasslehoff had indeed stolen a key component to my diablo files. I will ask for raistlin's help in tracking him down with his black magic and call on the powers of Nuitari. He seems to always be able to find him anyways. Hopefully he hasn't time traveled recently. That would make things hard. He may even have to assume Fistandantilus' identity one last time.

You know eric, I kind of have a wild crazy idea of doing something with my schaeferdins weapon swap and a stone crusher. The idea being that against baal on players 8 takes a while once static has halved his hit points which would be ideal for stone crushers extra 40% crushing blow and the damage of a good one isnt that bad. Given that my character is already iased up for legendry mallets anyway, a four socket pally shield plus the crusher could be the ticket.

But yeah, it looks like I will roll this thread into another trade thread. Schaefers, stone crusher, im low on burning skillers and i may think of something else I may need, possibly.

Like you I am flexible on value and am fine with "1 thing I want for 1 thing you want" as long as we both end up happy. Some combination of ED, IAS, and mindam on a jewel would make me happy if you are willing to part with it. If not, I am sure we can reach another arrangement.

The only non-jewel-y thing I really want is a 4 os green caddy, but that might be a value-reach on my part.

I'm considering. Wondering if I should hold out hoping that a better one is offered. Yours is good though. 6 points better than the one I have traded so far. I don't know if anybody has any better than that one.

Anyway, I'll hit the ball (or is that jewel) back to you to make sure this is the jewel your interested in while I think about it.

As far as green caddies go, I only have 3 socket ones available. a pitiful 207% ed 3os v1.11 one somewhere on a stash and three complete v1.09 griswald sets which do not get the v1.10 additional items sets and the caddy is a lowly 175% ed.

Pity on the caddies, I was talking myself into making that my goal. A 25/15 jewel would be done deal if you want to part with it. OTOH I understand if you want to shop around...my Stonecrusher is nice, but there's room for improvement.
