AS vs FCR

hi.
im am trying a fishy ama.
should i get more attack speed or faster cast rate?
i guess AS is good for charged strike and FCR is good for lightning fury
when i use the bow and freezing arrow .... wich is better AS or FCR
can someone explain this for me....

All skills in the javalin/spear and bow trees depend on IAS, not FCR.

A fishyzon doesn't require too much IAS though. If you can get gloves with 20 IAS that is nice, but otherwise it's not a real big deal.
