I'm getting pretty close to deciding on final gear but I figured I would ask for some expert advice.

WEP - WWS up'd shael x2 (168%ed), Demonlimb. The enchant on switch, how long does lvl 21 enchant last and is it long enough to justify the repair costs?
HELM - stealskull. Planning on 15ias this guy to make it 25ias overall. Also will the 5% leeches be enough in hell if they are the only source?
AMMY- cat's eye or atma's. I wasn't really happy with the 2% ctc amp so i went and got more, but maybe if I attack faster it will cast enough to be active most of the time?
ARMOR - Twitch, Treachery, Nats with 3os. Twitch has ias, treachery has more, but nats I could get another 45max dmg off wep or a combo of 30/15 max/ias.
GLOVES- Clegs, Laying of Hands. I love clegs beyond all belief, I've said for years best gloves in the game, but laying of hands is pretty attractive too with the huge ed to demons and if I go a speed route the ias.
RINGS - Raven x2 both 17 dex. Should I swap one out for more resist or leeches?
BELT- Tals. Tals is all I have but I was thinking of getting a Nos coil for the strength boost to help me get demon limb on switch along with the 10%ias and slows enemies(I love slows enemies!).
BOOTS - 32% Travs. Strength, vit, dmg, I don't imagine this will be replaced.

The biggest thing I guess is should I aim for the 105 strafe BP or settle for the 63 or 86 but with more damage? What do you guys think my final set-up should look like? Thanks

I don't recall how long Demon Limb's Enchant lasts, but it's quite a while. You can get in a lot of runs in several areas before it runs out. Here's what my Witchyzon uses:

Weapon: 166% ED upped WWS w/ 2 Shaels
Helm: Stealskull w/ Perfect Topaz. Dual leech from Stealskull should be enough, provided you deal good damage. It's all I use on my Witchyzon and seems to fill her life bulb and mana quick.
Amulet: Cat's Eye. Atma's I think is better for a non-WWS Strafer. The area-effect of Atma's Amp is much smaller than WWS's Amp. You can get WWS's amp to proc more if you shoot faster and have more piercing arrows that all carry the chance to proc Amp. This is the beauty of WWS.
Armor: Treachery in Dusk Shroud
Gloves: Laying of Hands. Was using Cleglaw's quite a while back, but I find my kill speed is good, the extra % ED against demons is very useful, and I use 1-point FA for crowd control.
Rings: dual Ravens, like you. Definitely adds a lot more damage and AR to this build. I love 'em.
Belt: Razortail. It has dex, it has +10 max damage, and most importantly, adds 33% piercing. I've noticed how much more 100% piercing allows WWS's 2% Amp to go off with really fast Strafe. I would recommend this over Nosferatu's Coil on the Witchyzon. Every piercing arrow of Strafe helps to cast WWS's large area-effect Amp, and that's exactly what you want on large packs of enemies. I was using Goldwrap for more MF a couple weeks ago, but I recommend Razortail for superior damage and kill speed. Nosferatu's would probably be better on a build that needs more strength for a Matriarchal, Grand Matron, or Hydra Bow.
Boots: Travs. Great boots. 10-25 off-weapon ED is what clinches it for me.

Also try to fill your inventory with a lot of +max or +min damage charms. WWS makes 'em go a long way. After Might merc's aura, Amp, DS, off-weapon ED from Travs are all factored in, she does about 4400-4600 damage per Strafe. About 450 dex, IIRC, at level 82. I was playing her last night in Canyon to try some different equipment setups. Has no problems with Crushers, Steel Scarabs, etc. I use Canyon as a testing ground because the enemies there have so much life and it's a lot harder than running Pit.

Armor: Treachery in Dusk Shroud

Why do you use treachery with the other gear? From my calculation this gives 135%ias which is 30 more than needed, unless I'm doing some math wrong here.

Also, I just realized that nat's armor has a strength req of 149 which would make the life based on character lvl from it useless, because i should be able to get more if I sink those points into vit. So now I'm considering a 4os light elite armor like dusk, scarab, or wyrmhide whatever I can find first.

No, you're correct. It is IAS overkill. I've been changing gear on her for the last couple weeks and testing different gear setups, so it's a bit of a relic and she's not *exactly* optimized for the 86% IAS breakpoint. My first pieces of "good" equipment on her were the Treachery Dusk Shroud and dual Shaels in the WWS. At that time, I broke the breakpoint with Goldwrap (10% IAS), had a Tarnhelm, and Cleglaw's Gloves. The Stealskull, dual Ravens, etc. were later additions. I started using Razortail again when I was concerned with getting more damage, piercing, and doing faster runs as opposed to having more MF but slower runs. Anyway, one could say that more runs in a much shorter time = more MF.

I haven't unsocketed the WWS although I do consider it a possibility, now that I have a few Hels lying around and some 30-35% ED jewels or +min/max damage jewels from runs. If I did this, I could squeeze some more damage and optimization out of her build. Treachery is an excellent and cheap bowazon armor. It also adds a little more than 300 instant poison damage per shot from Venom. With Strafe, this adds up quick. If you want, you can also pre-buff with Fade by standing in a fire in Act 5, which can help with resist problems in Hell difficulty.

i'm working on getting gear for a witchyzon that i'm gettin ready to make. my main goal is to load her with as many CTC effects as i can get on her while hitting the 8/2 BP.

WWS 2x sheals
treachery (if i ever get lucky enough to come across a Lo, i have a 4os dusk just waiting to be fort'd)
cat's eye
crafted 20ias/kb/passive gloves (yet to craft) and maybe LoH on switch for bosses
razortail (ftw, of course)
8/8/19/14 vamp gaze (found that beast myself) with a 15ias/18ED jewel
boots and rings i'm not so sure about. it's really more a question of what i can find that will determine what i use. i'd like a pair of gores, though, for all their CB, OW, and other goodies.

looking at this, i have 35% extra IAS. i guess i can change those sheals in the WWS to a 15ias/ED jewel and a max/ED jewel.

i've never made a strafer before. only multizons and frostmaidens. i found a WWS mephing, so that's pretty much the only reason i decided to make a witchyzon.

Lose the crafted gloves, they blow in comparison in LoH, and since u have 35% xtra ias, throw a nef in the WWS to make up for the KB loss.

actually, i recently remembered i have a rather nice rare ammy i can use for the build. +2 passive and magic, 10FCR (wtf...), 4% ML, 1 max, and 13 all res. so now i'm actually at 110ias with two 15/ED jewels. now my set up looks more like this:

WWS 2x 15/ED jewels
Vamp Gaze 15/ED jewel
treachery dusk
crafty gloves with 20ias
Gores
Raven
Rare ring (gotta find a good one)
Razortail
