Hey, i was bored with most my builds and i was wondering what would be funner, Hydra/Fireball sorc or Nova Sorc?

I think that a sorc that uses a bow, gets charges from items, (Revives), and then specializes in the fire tree (hydra, enchant) would be pretty fun. I'm not sure on all of the gear though but I do know there is a bow to get revive charges

do nova if you like to get up close and personal or hydra if your preference is to spam from across the room.

200 FCR Nova sorc gets my vote. Maybe Hydra or Firewall as a backup. I have an untwinked, HC hydrasorc that's near to finishing nightmare - it's not a particularily fun skill, IMO.

Actually, you might want to go back and study something called "joking" instead, since you seem to think I was serious despite the laughing smiley. And if you don't want people to "mock" your spelling, perhaps you should make an effort to use real words.

haha, i was kinda annoyed, but what in getting pissed at its the internet and people dont always spell right. esp. if they type real fast. sorry about that.

Nova's not a fun skill however hydra is a lot worse. If we compare a nova build to a fire build we have a lot more tactical play with fireball and meteor (or do if we're getting the most from the build). Orb needs a sweet spot, blizzard requires good control of AI. Nova's just spam, move on, spam, more so than most skills. Hydra's a bit more tactical but more passive, you tele around waiting for the hydras to kill stuff.

I remember the mod of this forum used to be a big fan of hydra, not sure if it's the same mod these days though. I'll leave it to him/her to sell you that skill if they can be bothered.
