What to do with weapon I found...

So, Im building a Orb sorc, and found a ETH Archon Staff, (Elite staff) with a +2 orb, and 5osc. Now, would it be worth to add a socket and make a Ebotd out of it for the +60% Increased Attack Speed, and +350-400% Enhanced Damage (varies). This way, i got IAS, ED, and +2 orb skill. Or is the weapon, such as an occy, important to have for the resistances? I'm just curious if the archon staff is worth making into a Ebotd, or if the + to skills of a occy is better. My sorc will be a magic-find sorc, and yes I know that it isn't a mf weapon, but I need some damage. Or if the idea is good, I'll pass the weapon off to my PVM cold sorc. Thanks guys!

you can't add another socket

BotD wouldn't help your magic damage at all anyway. the mod "+350-400% Enhanced Damage" applies only to physical damage.

You could make CTA in it, but that might be kind of a waste.
