All pala shields get 4 sox at the larzuk quest (if u happen to find another pala shield and want to ask the same thing^^)

But if it was found in NORMAL difficulty, it cannot have 4 or it can? Just to try to understand it.

it still can.
all pally shields no matter where found / lvl req will get 4.

Not quite. Paladin shields with an ilvl below 25 can get only 3 sockets :tongue:. See here (http://www.diabloii.net/items/sockets-list.shtml).
