Shopping for a 40life 4socket armor

Where is best? Larzuk, Act 5, Hell? What level should I be to shop this item?

You could possibly get up to 100 life (of whale) on an armor and jeweler's is already lvl req 47 iirc... so in a way there's no reason to not get 'of whale' suffix.

I'd shop at hell Larzuk. Anya only sells ancient armors while larzuk sells full plates and ancient armors... so the possibility of getting one is bigger.
