Rolling Baal charms

Hi.
Can someone tell me if i should roll those charms in hell games or normal games are the same for result of rolling? Also is it difference in result if i will roll it with char lvl 95 or 96?

You'll be rerolling with the 3 PGem recipe, which conserves the original item's ilvl. To this end, it doesn't matter what character level you use. Difficulty level also makes no diffrence.

If you are talking about Hell Baal, which he drops iLvl99 IIRC, the charm would roll from anything like a 5life GC to something godly as a +1 Cold to Sorceress/43 Life, it depends on luck.

And in my experience, I usually will roll ~15 plain skillers (or with crappy secondary mods ie GF, MAX DAM, etc.) before I get a good one.

Or roll icky skillers that people don't want such as curse or barb masteries. :[

I never tried rolling Baal gc's. Could be useful.

Rolling is fun :)
especially when u watch how your pgms vanishing and u get charms like 1-5 cold dmg and such :)
but got some nice like +1 java or 20 life and sec mod.
now off to replenish my pgms stock :)
