Does crushing blow work with Multishot/Strafe/Guided Arrow?

Yes, but it does half as much damage. It doesn't work with all the multishot arrows either, only the middle two.

Yes, you will get the Crushing Blow.

When delivered with a ranged attack, CB functions at 1/2 the damage of a Melee Crushing Blow.
