From time to time, I see games with names like: "N rush O HF". What does HF mean?

Hell Forge. They need a rush and offer that whatever rune Hell hellforge drops will go to the rusher.

Just be wary that in these types of games more often than not the person being rushing refuses to give you the Hell Forge quest. It's a classic scam to get a free rush.

Personally I'd insist that you get the hellforge drop before doing Diablo.
