What bows are you using for leveling?

Just curious what bows you all use while leveling from 1 to lvl 40-50, before you can equip Faith / WWS / Windforce / M'Avina.

I normally:
- Start off with a Long Bow with chipped gems
- Imbue or gamble a rare Composite Bow around lvl 15
- Switch to EDGE runeword in Razor / Double Bow at lvl 25
- Switch to Harmony Blade Bow at lvl 36-ish
- I Switch to my final bow as soon as available.

The Edge and Harmony bows I always have around. I'm not using Amazon bows here because I also use them on other characters (mainly Druids).

3os Breast Plate w/ 3x Jewel of Envy

I just started my first bowazon and I've been useing gemmed bows till level 32.

At the moment a gemmed hunters bow for fastest attack and good damage with 3 perfect rubies. Combined with my merc and lots of poison charms it's working ok.

I'd switch to edge if it had any kind of ED on it besides specific enemies.
But maybe I'll make one to use on baal.

That is deadly! I love it! I usualy only use a triple envy'd mask and sometimes an envy'd BP, great startup gear for any char. For bows I start with chips, then Ith's in a 4 socket, Ravenclaw or Rogue's. Later it's Skystrike, Ripper or Kuko.

I'm with you dude, that or Vidala's set with Sigon's glove and belt as the set has no IAS and the bow is slow as hell! For good resistance i'll use full Iratha's set with a Twitch and Leadcrow (lvl 9 xbow), Ichorsting (lvl 18 xbow) then Skystrike until i can use Buri, Lycander's or Goldstrike Arch until whatever end game bow i have (used to be Faith...not this ladder season bucko...:sad2: )

I'll use rares (usually what I find in game, instead of mulint stuff) until I can use the Edge. Then WWS. Then whatever I have, either WF or Faith, although no Faith has crossed my path yet this ladder. But I am also playing less than any other ladder in recent history.

I like using those +1-3 bow, with 5sockets in em crammed full of Sheals/ pgems/jewels or whatever is appropriate for the level. For a Frost maiden , a plus +3 ashwood with 100+ ias is pretty hard to beat and frees up a ton of gear slots.
