Returning Player, with a few questions

Its been forever since I have played Diablo 2: LOD. I think... 3 years now since I touched the game (thank you WoW :P) Anyway, first a little intro. Names Stomphoof. I am 25, live in Orlando, ect ect :P You can find anything ya want to know on my profile.

I got a couple of questions though:

1) What on earth are these "Pandamonium" and "Uber" things that everyone is talking about, and how to you find them?

2) How effective is it to farm Andarial in Normal with 130% MF? (I happen to have a Gull Dagger, a and 34% more magic find on the rest of my armor, so I am curious).

IMHO:

When running Andariel, there is a lesser chance you'll die (as opposed to Baal, Meph, 85 Areas) unless your Resistances really, really blow. It's one of the bosses I'll allow myself to go crazy with MF on, since all you really have to worry about are stronger Fallens :rolleyes:, stronger Zombies :rolleyes:, and Andariel's poison. 130 maybe good for Baal/85 Area, but you could definately pack on much much more MF if you want.

Andariel is mostly good for farming unique jewelry (I've also found an abundance of Harleys, Draculs, Gores, Titan's from her), especially if you have the Quest Bug going on. As for how effective it is, it really depends on what you want. If I were you, just farm her till you get leeter items, then go to Meph/Baal.

Yea when I picked up Gull I went "Hrmmm perhaps I shall farm Andarial". I am not quite to her yet, although I should be tonight. I am have been killing that undead guy in the chapel repeatedly and getting money for gambling :P

What can I say I get bored before work! :D

And for the record, I am currently a level 19 Wolf Druid (Were Wofl that is!)

Man so much bizarre terminology I need to learn 0_o

And thanks for the welcome and link! I know, from when I used to play, that Meph is one of the better targets for MFing, but I really dont want to fight the dude with a Gull (weak *** attack on a dagger :P)
