Peace runeword on non-amazones

So I gave my barbarian the peace runeword some time ago, because I noticed the "slow missiles" trigger is extremely usefull in areas where there are more skeletons than regular enemies I can LL from. However, I noticed that when he triggers the valkyrie, she strikes maybe once or twice (or not at all) and instantly vanishes again.

Is this supposed to happen?

Most skills that have ctc minion are bugged if you dont have a hard point in them.

Raven springs to mind of one the higher rw Hoto I think. It is a pain but if you let Blizzard know, I'm sure they'll fix it soon...:rolleyes:

As far as the valk goes, she doesn't have a time limit... if she vanishes, either she's dead already, or your armor triggered another one to spawn. But IIRC, that spawn rate isn't too high, so it shouldn't be as frequent as you make it seem.

she spawns, hits an enemy for once or twice, and then poofs.

However, a thought occured to me (yes that happens sometimes); the valk is directly related to an amazon's stats right? Since I use a barb it's logical to assume she can't sync with my HP, leaving her to spawn with only 1hp, which well, would kill her instantly any mode if an enemy hits her, regardless of her level.

I've been wanting to throw a peace on my act 1 fire merc for a while. Little bit more of a tank for my meteorb sorc. Would the valk be able to sync with a "kinda zon" merc or am I asking too much and it would be a waste of the runes?

The game used to crash if the Valk from Peace triggered on a mercenary. To fix this, Blizzard simply disabled the mod on mercenaries.

about sommuning pigeons, or crows, or w/e, ive got "The Heart Of Oaks" im pretty sure this is the one with the summon pigeon on it, cuz i doubt its my "Call To Arms, but neways, when i summon a pigeon, the same thing happens, it floats around for a second or two, and then it dissapears, regardless of monsters, so whats this all about?

it doesn't spawn when used by mercs. Your mercenaries are not allowed to have minions I think.

What level is this (It's ravens btw). These little useless minions only stay for a short time to attack once (depending on level).

The ravens from hoto are bugged and only last a few seconds.
