over 30 minutes ago, and it still won't let me back in. How long does this usually take? Because if I can't play the rest of the night, I'm going to deleted murder every Blizz employee responsible for implementing it. This is my games night, and I want to play d2.

Temp bans increase if you constantly try to log in. Just wait; nothing else you can do.

Oh, another thing: mass murders don't go well with the police

If it is a "realm down" message then you'll have to wait quite abit and the more you try to log in with a "realm down" the longer it will be.
Normally it is a 15minute-30minute thing. If you try again and still see the realm down message it will increase from 30minute to 1 hour. and so on

deleted. I give up. This game has been pissing me off so much lately with all the lag problems and failed to join games, and now this.

Blizzard should burn to the ground.

Failed to join games and getting realm down is usually your own fault for acting too fast. :3

The first thing you can do to help yourself is calm down. Whenever I get realm down I just go read a book for a bit.

it happens even if youre not doing anything fast or even making games. i lost gul and 2 ums tonight because of a connection inturrupted but then again its just some pixels.

Trying to log in when you have a realm down/ip ban doesn't increase the ban. Someone emailed blizzard and asked them this and blizzard so you can try all you want and the ban duration won't increase.
