What do i level?

Im a Palidan and im just wondering what should I most, like 2 strength 2 vit and 1 dex every time I gain a level or like 3 dex 2 vit and 1 str, you get the point.

The general consensus is:

Max Block Route
STR: Enough for final gear
DEX: Enough for final gear/max block, whatever is higher
VIT: All
NRG: None

No/Minimal Block Route
STR: Enough for final gear
DEX: Enough for final gear
VIT: ALL
NRG: None

If you don't know what your final gear is, that's okay. You should decide whether you want max block or not. A distribution over all 3 would be good if you have absolutely no idea what final gear you expect to have.

If you're totally going into this blind, then 156 STR is a good place to be, and minimal DEX for minimal block or 100-150ish DEX for max block (I assume you'll have Holy Shield, otherwise you're going to want 180-200). The rest into VIT.
