i just wondered about the ber rune...

it reduces dmg by 8%...so is that all dmg or just magic or just physical dmg???
and can u get 100% dmg reduction???

Something being expensive depends completely on the person's wealth.
...and on NL a ber rune is like ~ ladder pul rune.

Even if the person is wealthy, massing Bers is still the most expensive way, so he's technically still correct.

Not necessarily, there are more expensive ways such as highend crown of ages with perf %dr, and perfect verdungo.
Those two are worth a lot of bers depending on playing mode.
Depends on your setup of course.
