Are the faster hit recovery breakpoint tables for 1.10 still accurate and pertinent to 1.11?
According to the tables, if I have the full IK set on, the full set gives 50% faster hit recovery.
If i put ShaelShael in the hat, i'll have 90% faster hit recovery, which should let me hit the 2nd-to-last FHR breakpoint (requires 86% FHR).
Is my understanding of these numbers that table correct?
thanks!
A better way would be to get 36 fhr from 3 skillers.
You could get 45 life per skiller and only 38 from a pruby so no, shaels are better.
But skillers are only really needed for PvP and IK barb is not the first choice for a PVP barb. I wouldn't worry about FHR anyway on an IK barb.

The word "could" being essential.
I would rather use amethysts in the helm for 20 str (=80 life)
For 4 life I'd rather not build stat dependency in an item I'd might want to swap in the future.

Completing the IK set needs a str of 232 which is probably more than you need to wear other gear and when wearing the IK set, you might also want to avoid the invisible gear bug which requires you to have enough str to meet the reqs without the help of charms. Also, if you want to change gear later, you will probably exchange at least the helm, the armor and the weapon and the latter two are those with the high str reqs. Therefore I think that the opposite is the case, i.e. putting amethysts into the helm and into the armor is an excellent idea if you want to change gear later.
I meant swapping one IK helm with another IK helm.
(you wouldn't mess up the coolest looking char in the game with some duperwords, now would you?)
IK barbs make excellent key runners (especially for nihl) and a 2x sol IK helm is certainly in place there. If life was that important to you, you'd certainly have to rebuild, anyway.
