Crafting Sorc Specific Rings

Does anyone here have any experience crafting these rings? If so, what FCR% did you get. The information on diabloii.net seems to be 1.09 info. I'm just wondering why there aren't more of these floating around because it would seem to be pretty godly to get 1 to Sorc skills and 20% FCR. 10% chance of +1 to Sorceress Skills The fast cast bonus on both Sorc rings is bugged in v1.08, it should be 10% and 20%, and should be fixed in v1.09.

those recipes have been disabled for years, it says right on the top of the page.

that page has the current crafting recipies, you can still craft rings but IMO its not really worth it.
