question on my dmg as light sorc

ok so these are my items that i have as lvl 88 sorc rite now
coh, griff with light facet, hoto, spirit, 3+ light skill ammy, 4 light gcs, anni, and sorc torch. for some reason, my light dmg is only around 12k.

i maxed out charged bolt, lightning, chain lightning, light masteries, and putting rest points into nova. why is my dmg so low?

and are you sure you're not looking at chain lightning

Thats pretty low.... I have shako, hoto, uped vipermagi, tgods, tals ammy, 2 light skill gcs, 2 xsojs... level hmm 86... I'm pushing 23K light damage.. I want MORE but it'll do for now.. not sure why urs is low..
