Blizzard Faster Casting?

What is it that makes the cooldown time on blizzard shorter? Because i know for things like fireball it is faster cast rate that makes it go faster but is blizz different because it is cooldown?

simple.. nothing

you can only make the cast animation it self go faster but it wont affect delay in any way

Actually you can.
You can glitch blizzard by casting it on one switch and immiediately teleporting.
This will create an invisible blizzard and then you'll be able to cast another blizzard. Try it out on a monster. It will die by an invisible blizzard and you'll also be able to cast another right away.

... I wasn't aware of what DayDream described - that's kindof cool (I'm wondering if it works on some skills/classes with longer delays, like Hurricane & Armageddon, etc.)

wow, it happend to me few times to cast invisible blizzard. Now I know why :thumbsup:

It's really useful in pvp.. They teleport/run around and then walk into something invisible, this is where they either die or run/teleport away into another.
At the moment, I can only make two-three invisible blizzard one after another.
