Couple of questions most people know..

Hey all,

Not really sure where to put this.. couldnt really find a "question" thread (or I didnt look hard enough.. just got out of bed) but I have a few questions about termonology and crafting.

While scanning through the PvP threads, I keep seeing the term BvC pop up. I think that means barbarian, but not sure what the vC stands for. Can anyone help me out with that?

Also, when crafting, why are P Rubies and P Amnethests (spelling?) and Mal Runes more important than others?

Those are the only 2 questions that come to mind atm... I had more last night before I went to bed, but cant remember now..

Barbarian vs Caster
it's a term used for barb's that are build to take on casters

ruby is used to craft often wanted rings and gloves (u need sol rune for ring and nef for glove) and purple +ral is used to craft caster ammy(most populator item to craft) i think by Mal u mean Ral..

they are not more important than others, just more in demand since people like to craft caster ammy more than others. and ruby is used by 2 different types of craft items that people like

The "vC" part of BvC is for "versus casters", I think. Something to that effect anyways.

Rubies and Amethysts are for the blood and caster recipes, respectively, and those are the most popular crafts.
Mal runes aren't used for crafting at all, but maybe you meant Ral? Those are for caster amulets, the only ammies to ever get 20% fcr.

Ooooh.... ok :P Yeah.. I meant ral, not mal.. my bad! Thanks for the info both of you! I didnt think about the caster and blood crafted items.. learn something new everyday eh?
