Belt for Light Sorceress

Which belt should be the best for my lightning sorceress? Thundergods vigor or Trang oul's belt?

Thundergods vigor:
+ Vitality
+ Strength
+ Lightning resist

Trang belt:
+ requirements -40%
+ cannot be frozen
+ mana
+ rep life.

The thing is, i dont wanna waste too much on strength, but I need 156 for my spirit shield...

I dont have arach, but if anyone wanna give me im on. SCL EU.

Cannot be frozen is a very useful ability to have which few items convey. If the belt is the only thing providing that ability then select it over thundergod's and find strength boosting items elsewhere.

Cannot be Frozen is a pretty useless mod to a teleporting character. I'd stick with Thundergod's.

but wont the -40% requirements lower so I don't have to put so much into strength? so i can have my spirit shield without 156 strength, i can instead have it with around 100 strength.

The -req only applies to the item that the mod is on. Look up the "normal" requirements for a Troll Belt, you'll find out why Trang's belt isn't as "heavy" as other Troll Belts.

Cannot be frozen is worthless for a caster character, as being frozen doesn't slow your casting at all. I personally would stick with Tgods, simply because the 20 strength will help you get to 156 without investing so many hard points. The +max lightning resist and lightning sorb also are quite useful, particularly in certain parts of acts 4 and 5.

Then I'll go with Thundergod's, until i get my hands on an Arach.

If you build around TGod's with the intent to use Arach, make sure you don't "build-in" the 20 strength from the belt, or later you won't have the strength for your shield. In this case, the strength mod will be wasted which doesn't seem optimal to me.

I actually wouldn´t go for any of these belts... There´s just no reason to do it. I would try to craft a good caster´s belt, otherwise I would use one with resists as Credendum or +mf - like Tals or Goldwrap.
