I just did a nihlathak run and he just dropped 2 dest keys at once!!
Is this common for him to drop 2 keys at once because normally i find that he is the one that is least likely to drop any keys.

Also do the other key holders (Countess and Summoner) ever drop 2 keys since ive never seen them do so

All three can drop a lot of keys in one time. So in theorie, I wouldn't be surpised if they could drop up to 4 keys, though very uncummon.

It's just like mephisto dropping 2 isenhart cases. Items are random chosen and if the games choises two time to drop a key, it will drop two keys. If the choises to drop three keys...

They can drop up to three keys at once.

BTW - he is not least likely to drop the keys - Summoner is.

Both Nihilathak, The Summoner and The Countess can drop anywhere from 0-5 keys per run. Getting 2 from a single run isn't very uncommon.

I also got 2 keys from summoner (and also 2 bul-kathos rings in the same day)
