View Full Version : Class-specific (+X to ABC Skill) skills

I am interested in understanding which individual skills cannot appear on the "+X to ABC skill" modifiers that appear on class-specific Katars, Shrunken Heads, Barbarian Helms, Druid Pelts, and Orbs. Also, which skills cannot appear on such modifiers on scepters, staves and wands.

Is there a site someone can refer me to? Or does anyone have such a list in their head?

For the skills that do appear on such modifiers, are there any rules that limit the combination of modifiers that can appear on the same item? i.e., can an slvl=1 skill and an slvl=30 skill both be augmented by modifiers on the same scepter, pelt, orb, etc?

I may be wrong, but I think these are what can't* spawn on those items:

Shrunken Heads: Poison Dagger (?)
Barbarian Helms: Most combat skills
Scepters: Holy Shield
Wands: Poison Dagger

*They can spawn on very rare occasions, it's just not supposed to happen.

Low level skills eventually stop spawning on them, but I don't know at what point. I just know that you can't get a magic wand with +3 Raise Skeleton and the +3 Summoning skills mod.

I am pretty that the Fire, Cold and Ligthning Mastery skills cannot spawn either.

So, we're still a long way from getting a complete story.

You also can't get javelin skills on a circlet.

I don't think it says that in that thread.

More then that: you can get java/bow/passive skills on a glove, but can only get passive skills on amulets and circlets. And there are no random amazon skills, like +jab.
