ive heard people who say that i should have cta + hoto on switch for bo, what for? what will it do that a +3 stick cant? thanks.

bassically with cta u can get +4 to bo on 1 item it doesnt effect the other warcries such as shout tho.

A Hoto is just a really fancy bo stick because of the faster cast rate it allows you to bo extremely fast.

And if you use tele, it also allows you to tele faster.

Where sticks give +6 to warcries, the CTA % HOTO gives +7 to battle orders. This means slightly more life, slightly less defense, because of -2 shout.

2x hoto would be sweet because of +6 all skills (same for the warcries as the sticks), but much faster. Thing is, HOTO's are not cheap. The sticks on the other hand are.

In duels there are strategies for a barb using 2 HOTO's. Teleport would be a lot quicker etc.

If u can afford, HOTO should be the way. Not because of more skills to BO.. Just because of FCR. PvM or PvP will get easier because of that 'cursed' sorc skill teleport

I use 2x doomz as my switch on my BvC. Doomz come in useful for bm and nkers, and I don't mind losing the 2 bo. That and if someoen's slivered it helps when they run. He's a pure dueler though and use 2x wizzies on switch when i PvM for hellafast teleport.

I use a CtA and a hoto, all together I'm at about 37 BO

Using 2 Hotos to teleport will result in lots of mishaps where you are not switching fast enough and end up triwhirling with Hotos. And if you take the time to carefully make sure you swapped, your opponent will already be gone.

I just have two magic items that give plus three to barb warcries in each hand on my opposite weapons set, This works for me added with my skill levels and other items i have around a lvl 41 BO
