Consider Death Cleaver if you don't like runewords. They're relatively cheap on ladder right now (for non-eth) and has decent stats like ds.

Obviously Oath, the damage output is far higher due to etherealness.

i dont know why people would bother with anything besides oath for 1H weapons.

theres doom and stuff but oath just has so much sheer power behind it there really isnt anything else worth using except botd and (not for this build) death.

i dont know about pvm but i believe that a lot of MLD barbs use oath in eth highland blades. i've made them in both, but never got a chance to try em out.
