Well, I haven't used a barb since I first started playing(6-7yrs ago) so Im not sure what has changed or what not. But what do you guys think about this build
This will be for PvM. and on occasion a little PvP, but mostly PvM.

Run
PI's you just use zerk or wait till your sorc pal comes by (since PIs usually have low resistances to elements).
Thats some pretty decent gear, although I should recommend you put enough dex for max block rather than just gear. It will save your skin more than more life

The Bk ring is quite useless. The +skill adds very little and the lifeleech can be gotten from better places.
Skills,
Whirlwind MAX
Weapon mastery MAX
BO MAX
BC MAX
Battle Commands shouldn't be maxed, it only ever adds +1 skill, any further points only count towards the duration. You could instead put the 20 points to Shout for added defense.
Have 1 point in Berserk. That handles PIs.
Also, DO NOT MAX BATTLE COMMAND, max shout instead. Battle command is useless to dump points into as only duration increases. Shout also increases the duration of battle command through synergies but instead you also get a neat defense bonus.

Agreed, Max Shout will offer much more benefit than a Max Battle Command. Physical Immunes will be decimated by a 1 pt Berserk because Shout is a synergy to Berserk, adding 10% Magic damage per point.
