yup, another LLD question.

so i have decided to make a 29 charger. i will be using bonesnap to begin with and i was wondering if i can up it, add sockets and place a 14 dmg (thats the best one i have) in it without the lvl req to pass 29?

for the rest of the gear i will use a 3 soc helm with p rubies, 3 sock armor with rubies, tearhaunch boots, deaths belt and either venom grip or deaths glove. i know the ideal would me max dmg charms, but i dont have them yet, so i will go for life, at least for now.

im going to rebuild this when i got some more jewels and equip so i can get a 1 hand weapon, shield, HS for max block. so any suggestions to this?

Once-upped, a Bonesnap is level 30 req. Rubies in your armor and helm are going to be silly, trade for maxer jewels to place in them or your damage will be weaksauce.

the reason i use those gems are because i dont have jewels, but once i get it i will replace it.

P.S. im not trading for items in most cases, so i will have to find them myself.

To replace it.. it'll be more expensive because you will be using a hel.
Better to go for max jewels in the first place.
And why 29? Thought 30.

because i read a guide. if the level req for uped bonesnap with a socket and a 14 dmg jewel is lvl req 30 i might go for that, but when i get all the gear i need, i will remake it for lvl 27.

and the hel rune isn't a problem. the reason i dont trade for 24 dmg jewels isnt because i can't afford it, but because i enjoy finding the items i use myself. i appreciate it more that way.

Trade for 15's. They can be had for gems.

Indeed, on east ladder 15 maxers are only worth 10 pgems at the most while they've got almost no value on NL.

and i think i might want to start with a 35+ all res 4 soc shield with something in, honor naga, 3 p ruby helm, not sure on armor, deaths belt, venomgrip gloves, tearhaunch boots.

i tested the bonesnap build with the items mentioned in my earlier post except for deaths belt, p rubies and th jewels. i killed most guy. highest was a 72 sorc i think it was. she got me most of the times, but when i managed to lock her she was dead. i dealt 1,2-1,8k damage.

im definitely going to improve on this build;)

My weaksauce, welfare-budget LLD charger(first LLD I built) did 3.8k damage. You have much work to do.

Doesn't Insight Partizan do more damage than upped Bonesnap?

Yes and No. Insight has Critical, Bonesnap offers more raw damage and CB.

i just remembered reading something some time ago. if you up a unique item, its level req is increased by 5. is this true? if so an uped bonesnap will be lvl req 29;)

Bonesnap has more raw damage and slightly more ED but Insight has a MASSIVE ar bonus, mediation aura, crit strike and MF (for rare/unique ears).

Yes and no. The lvl req will increase by 5, but its the base items lvlreq, in this case a war club, which has a base lvlreq of 25 making it 30 in the end.
