need advice on medic pally for ubers

ok so im making a LEET smiter and my friend is making a medic type of pally(yes i know i can solo it but still) and wants to aid me, he doesnt wanna go hammer, so i was thinking he should max convic/salv/hs/def. convic to take out mephs, salv for increase res and hs/def for good def/block. then again idk. any help would be much appriciated (this is hardcore)

Using a higher level conviction to override Meph's only works for the person using the aura unfortunately.
